If you’d like to set up an account with Crane Repair Service, you’ll need to complete the following Credit Application in its entirety including references and signature from an authorized company representative. Please fax it to 253-848-1790 or email it back to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow approximately 5 business days for processing. Delays in processing and service will occur for incomplete applications or accounts which are still being processed.
