We have the above cable spooler available for rent or we will reeve your cables for you.

The spooler is capable of handling reels up to 65” in diameter and up to 55” wide.

The unit weighs approx. 3000lbs.

It is totally hydraulic controlled.  This unit Powers in and powers out.  There is infinite control of the reel speed to as slow as 1 rotation per minute.

There is a hydraulic disk brake to lock the drum from turning.

It also has a manual hydraulic fairlead that allows one man to spool the cable evenly on the reel.  We have spooled up to 1 ¼” wire on the unit; however cable size is only limited by the reel size. 

There is a steel drip pan under the hydraulic system to contain leakage.

This unit has plenty of power to pull cable and can be adjusted to back tension a cable.
This means you can tension a cable being installed on a tug boat or similar devise to insure tight winding on the drum. We also offer complete reeving service to insure that when you are ready to use your crane or other devise it will lift and operate to the manufacturers specifications. Our trained staff and special equipment will insure that your crane reeves are installed or repaired correctly and safely.
